Weight loss update

For those wondering, I’ve now lost 2st 2lbs (for UK readers) or 30lbs (for non-UK readers) since joining Slimming World on 5th January.

I’ve also lost 3 dress sizes, which makes sense as they say 10lbs equals a dress size.

I’m feeling more confident than ever, Dave has noticed the difference too (both in my appearance and with my confidence) and every week I have somebody different comment and compliment me on my weight loss. I’m cross with myself that I didn’t do something sooner.

I do at least 5 hours of exercise a week. I eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day (when I’m not cheating!). I drink plenty of water. My fitness levels are off the scale. I sleep deeply. I take my prenatals religiously.

I’ve treated my body like a temple for over three months.

I just need a baby in it now.
