…and I’ve lost 7.5lbs!!!! Over half a stone! I’m absolutely buzzing! I just need to keep this up now.
I’ve still had chocolate this week (all syn-ed) and I haven’t felt hungry at all. Well, my stomach’s used to being stretched to large portions but I’ve retrained myself to eat slowly and wait for my stomach to feel full which seems to have done the trick. I’ve also done my exercise DVD 5 times this past week so that’s 2.5 hours of exercise on top of my normal active job.
Dave has been moaning about me losing my bum… but he’s still finding something to smack and grab so he’s still happy. For now.
